GUCU stands in solidarity with the teachers, professors, students, workers from all sectors, and millions of others who have taken to the streets in Lebanon, in what is effectively a nationwide general strike against government corruption and institutionalised social inequality. We invite the national UCU, and call on all other unions and representative bodies to do the same.
